Refund and Returns Policy for Containers Corner

At Containers Corner, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your shipping container purchase. Due to the nature and cost of shipping, our return policy is different from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

All sales of shipping containers are considered final and non-refundable. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect all container specifications, photos, and descriptions on our website before finalizing your purchase.

2. Exceptions: Inspection and Acceptance Upon Delivery

The only situation where a container may be eligible for a refund or return is in the event of severe, verifiable damage that was not disclosed prior to sale. This exception is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Mandatory Inspection: You, or your authorized representative, must be present at the delivery location to inspect the container as it is being unloaded.
  • Documentation: If you discover significant damage that was not mentioned in the product description, you must document it immediately. This includes taking clear photographs and making a detailed note of the damage on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt before the driver leaves the premises.
  • Refusal of Delivery: The damaged container must be refused at the time of delivery. If you sign for and accept the container, it is considered a full acceptance of the product “as is” and no further claims can be made.

3. Order Cancellations

An order can only be canceled if the container has not yet been dispatched for delivery. Once the container is in transit, the order cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is approved, it may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.

4. Refund Process

If a return is accepted under the conditions outlined above, a refund will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
